Launched the Production of Cottage Cheese with 0%, 5%, and 9% Fat

“Favoryt” has launched the production of cottage cheese with 0%, 5%, and 9% fat content in 200 g packing.

Cottage cheese — is a traditional protein cultured milk food, which is characterized by high nutritional and treatment and dietary features.

Cottage cheese is made, using the method of souring of pasteurized whole and non-fat milk. It is rich with calcium, phosphorus, iron, and magnesium-essential agents for growth and proper development of adolescent body.

Cottage cheese and cottage cheese-made products are highly nutritional since they content lots of proteins and fats. Cottage cheese proteins are partially compounded with phosphorus and calcium salts. It results in theirs better digestion in stomach and bowels. That is why cottage cheese is digestible.
