The production of a new product of economy class — the mixture of vegetative and creamy “Buter” started (fat value 72,5%).
In comparison with the traditional butter, the “Buter” has such advantages:
- softly and easily spread on bread, easy to use, so ideal for making sandwiches;
- contains small amount of cholesterol;
- preserves its quality even kept for a long time;
- makes the quality of confectionery better, so indispensable for baking;
- good for prevention cardio-vascular diseases;
- rich in poly nonsaturated rich acids (vitamin F), which are necessary for the organism, but are not in the creamy butter and
- it is recommended by professional nutritionists.
