According to the results of independent test of the “Mark of quality” program of all-national TV channel, “Inter”, sweet cream farmer’s butter “Favoryt” 72.5% has gained the first place.

The “Mark of quality” program of “Inter” TV channel has recently carried out testing of farmer’s butter. The winner of this category became the sweet cream farmer’s butter “Favoryt” 72.5%.

It is the third winning on end of TM “Favoryt” production. At the end of the last year, two products of the “Favoryt” company were marked the highest rate by the “Mark of quality” at the same time: classic cream cheese (production of the “Pryluky” Butter-Dairy) and condensed milk 8.5% (production of the Galyiv Dairy Factory). The creative group has made shooting of the technological processes on the enterprises mentioned above, which compose the structure of the “Favoryt” company, and were shown in the “Production spot-check” rubric.

The “Mark of quality” of the “Inter” TV channel — is an independent social project, which makes no cooperation with advertisers in principle. The creative group, with Konstyantin Grubich (presenter) at the head of it, is finding out what really stands behind the bright packing and producers’ promises.

The general partner of the program — State Consumers’ Standard of Ukraine —
investigates and tests the products for the “Mark of quality” on the basis of their own laboratories.

During each release, experts and consumers choose the best producer among various product categories — from food products to electronics. Besides, specialists give consultations as to its usefulness or harm, its prices in different regions of Ukraine and so on. Konstyantin Grubich makes regular trips to production areas to investigate its stages. After all, before critique, he must be sure, on his own experience, that the “Mark of quality” is not gained freely!

“Favoryt” was awarded a diploma and a charter for performing the production of high food and taste quality on the “Agro-2008” exhibition.

• Cheese with cucumber and green “Favoryt” was awarded golden medal in “Sour milk cheese” nomination on international special-purpose exhibition “Milk and meat industry of XXI century”;
• Sour Cream “Favoryt” was awarded silver medal in “Sour Cream” nomination on international special-purpose exhibition “Milk and meat industry of XXI century”.

“Favoryt” has enlarged its yogurt line by starting the production of yogurt with cherry taste.

“Favoryt” has started the production of bio-kefir of 2.5 and 1 percent of fat content in 500-g packing. Bio-kefir is a product where are combined useful properties of sour-milk products and preventive properties of bifidobacteria.

“Favoryt” is enlarging its assortment of milk products and starts production of:

• kefir of 2.5 and 1 percent of fat content in 1-l packing,
• sour cream of 20 and 15 percent of fat content in 250-g packing.

The “Favoryt” Company has celebrated the thirteenth anniversary since its founding.

In order to increase the loyalty to consumers and its production's recognition, the Company has redesigned the packing of “Favoryt” condensed milk of 8.5 and 5 percent of fat content.
